Our home was built in 2004 and boasts 5 bedrooms. The accommodation includes full air conditioning throughout with some rooms benefiting from additional ceiling fans:
Upstairs
The Master: with large full size ensuite bathroom including tub style bath, walk in double size shower room, separate toilet, his & hers vanity units & large walk in style wardrobe/dressing room, lake outlook.
1 double with built in wardrobes overlooking pool area with outlook to lake.
1 twin with built in wardrobes. Both double & twin upstairs share a full bathroom.
Den area: with sofa bed, TV, video & DVD player.
Downstairs
1 double with Queen size double bed & built in wardrobes & dressing table with patio doors leading out onto the Lanai/pool area.
1 twin bedroom with built in wardrobes & sharing a downstairs bathroom with the double room.
Additional toilet downstairs.
2 lounges, 1 at the front of the property & the other family room at the rear overlooking the pool, lanai & lake. 2 dining areas, 1 with seating for 6 the other with seating for 4, additional 2 seats overlooking the kitchen at the breakfast bar.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size food larder cupboard, large size cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice cream maker, smoothie maker, bread maker & all usual kitchen accessories/appliances.
Utility room with full size washing machine & tumble drier. All usual domestic appliances such as iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer etc supplied. Door to Double size garage with up & over style door.
Outside
The house boasts garden areas to the front, rear & side of the property with the rear being outlined by palm trees & evergreen shrubs with a bench feature overlooking the lake at the rear for guests to sit & admire the views & wildlife.
The residential area is fully gated for security & boasts lakes, jogging trails & a childrens activity play area.
The pool/lanai area benefits from extending patio area to accommodate various furniture & bathing space. 3 full size reclining loungers, a double "love seat" style patio sofa, full size dining table with 4 cushioned chairs with additional 6 chairs for comfort of our guests. a patio towel drier is supplied on the lanai area. A 5 person jacuzzi is an added feature to one end of the extended swimming pool. The pool area is also fully screened to ensure the maximum comforts of our guests to keep out unwanted bugs etc. A safety fence is also supplied (as per Florida law) to ensure the safety of young children around the pool area. A poolside shower has been installed for guests to maintain the highest standards of pool cleanliness.
For the comfort of our guests.....
All linens, bath & pool towels are supplied for our guests & is freshly cleaned & serviced prior to their arrival. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom. Blankets & additional pillows are available in each bedroom & all beds are covered with mattress protectors to ensure the highest level of cleanliness is maintained. A stroller (buggy), high chair, cot and bedding is supplied for guests with younger children. Umbrellas are provided for guests use. Welcome packs can be arranged if required. Pool heating is optional during the cooler months, for an additional supplement.
House Management & Standards
Our locally based management company is on call 24 hours a day & will be pleased to help with any queries or areas of attention during clients visits.
We have taken the steps to ensure maximum comfort & entertainment of our guests & have supplied an extensive book library in the Den cabinet as well as a DVD & video collection and a range of board games to suit all ages.
Our house has been inspected by & fully meets the standards of the Florida Hotel Licensing standards authority so you can be assured of all safety & health standards being met.
